Thanks to the Aida HAPPi app, housekeeping can not only inform you, but also be informed. This means that everyone (whether housekeeping, reception or technical staff) knows immediately what needs to be done – without any detours or misunderstandings.

• Everything at a glance – change room status directly in the system without having to print out cumbersome lists.
• Fast communication – as soon as a room has high priority or a maintenance ticket is created, a message goes out automatically.
• Efficient processes – start, stop or mark cleaning as complete – immediately visible to everyone.
• More overview – special areas such as wellness or dining room are also integrated.
• Color prioritization – Rooms with a high priority are highlighted in color and appear at the top of the overview. This allows you to see immediately which rooms have priority.
• Individual information – comments, guest data or special symbols (e.g. dog 🐕 or baby 👶) appear directly in the app.
