On the road together – our MR Digital team day
Even apart from projects, go-lives and support requests, one thing is particularly important to us:
the togetherness!
That’s why we recently got together for our annual team day near Zurich. The day’s agenda included games, laughter and time for genuine exchange.
With joint activities and a relaxed lunch at the Hotel Restaurant Frohsinn in Opfikon The focus was not on day-to-day work, but on getting to know each other outside the office. A valuable opportunity for employees and managing directors alike Serge and Samuelto meet in a different setting and further strengthen the team as a whole.
The linguistic diversity was also particularly nice – and typical of MR Digital:
German, French and English alternated in a lively manner. Not everyone speaks every language, so we juggled, translated, laughed and improvised flexibly. It is precisely this openness and ease that makes our team special.
A day that has shown:
Good collaboration is not only created by systems and processes, but above all by people.
And that is exactly what we take with us – back into everyday life, back to our customers.
