Yes, the Check-InGo can also be placed in a sheltered outdoor area. It is important that the location is covered and reliably protected from weather influences such as moisture and direct sunlight.

The room card is only issued once payment has been completed in full and successfully – this minimizes the risk for the hotel. If a card is lost, the guest can create a replacement card themselves using a personal code that they received at check-in.
During their stay, guests have the option of booking additional services such as minibar, wellness offers or table reservations directly at the vending machine. A continuous overview of all consumptions ensures transparency and facilitates billing at check-out.

Yes, MR Digital offers a maintenance agreement that includes regular software updates, telephone support and remote maintenance. If required, the service also covers the replacement of defective hardware.
